Terms of Service

 

Welcome to Grimm's Bluff Wine Club.

As a valued member, you are bound by the following detailed terms and conditions, ensuring a premium and seamless club experience.

Financial Terms

Membership Costs: We offer diverse club tiers, each with its unique pricing structure, to cater to your preferences.

  • 3 Bottle Club: $250-$300 per shipment (average)

  • 6 Bottle Club: $450-$550 per shipment (average)

  • 12 Bottle Club: $1000-$1500 per shipment (average)

Note: Charges may vary by shipment. You are free to customize your shipment to your price point.

Billing Process: Your financial commitment is facilitated through an automated billing system. A week before your shipment, your registered credit card will be charged. This will be preceded by a detailed email, outlining the exquisite selection of wines and the total amount billed to your account.

Shipment and Delivery

Changes: While our wine club shipments are meticulously curated, we understand the need to customize your order. Alterations or substitutions are permitted within the Customization Window only.

Weather-Related Delays: Shipments may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions, ensuring the quality of your wine upon arrival. You will be informed of any such delays.

Customization Window

Modification Period: You are afforded a two-week period prior to billing to request changes to your shipment. This period is accentuated with two reminder emails, ensuring you do not miss the customization deadline.

Legal and Age Requirements

Age Verification: Membership is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Compliance with this regulation is mandatory, and an adult signature will be required upon delivery to verify this requirement.

Commitment and Cancellation Policy

Ongoing Membership: Your membership with the Grimm's Bluff Wine Club has a minimum commitment of one year.

Cancellation Notice: Should you wish to discontinue your membership, we require a formal notification at least one month prior to your next scheduled shipment.

Early Termination: In the event of early termination, prior to the receipt of two shipments, a fee of $100 will be levied. Additionally, you will be obligated to reimburse any discounts availed on your initial wine club shipment.
