Customize Your Shipment:

We are excited to offer you now the opportunity to customize your wine club shipment. While our standard mixed and red shipments remain available, we encourage you to personalize your selection to suit your taste perfectly.

The allocation for customization is now open in the online member portal. Here are some instructions on how to customize:


Step 1: Access the Shop

  1. Start by visiting our website at GrimmsBluff.com.

  2. Click on the Shop button to proceed.

Step 2: Log Into Your Account

  1. If you're not already logged in, click on the Your Account button located at the top right corner of the page.

  2. Enter your login credentials to access your account.

    Note: If you do not know your login details or have never logged in, please use the forgot password/username option,

Step 3: Navigate to Your Club List

  1. Once logged in, locate and hover over the Club List tab on the left side of your screen.

  2. This action will redirect you to a page displaying your subscription details.

Step 4: Edit Your Club Shipment

  1. On the subscription details page, click on the Edit Club button to view your current shipment options.

Step 5: Customize Your Shipment

  1. You will see the wines preselected for your shipment as well as additional options available for inclusion.

  2. Feel free to add or remove wines according to your preference.

    Note: you must select at least the number of bottles required by your club allocation, but you can add as many extra bottles as you wish.

Step 6: Confirm Your Details and Submit

  1. After customizing your shipment, scroll down to confirm your shipping and billing information is correct and up to date.

  2. Once everything is confirmed, click the Submit button to finalize your choices.

  3. All Done! After submitting, you will receive a confirmation that your shipment has been processed.
